Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Sales Prices: Prices inclusive of consumption tax are displayed on the purchase screens for each plan and for additional coins.

Costs Other Than the Sales Price: Users are responsible for internet connection charges, communication charges, and costs related to devices and other resources required to use the Service.

Payment Timing: The initial subscription fee is charged when the subscription is purchased. Unless cancellation is completed, the fee for the next subscription period will thereafter be charged automatically on each monthly renewal date, based on the date the contract was entered into. Payment for additional coins is charged at the time of purchase.

Service Availability: The Service is available immediately after account registration, required verification, and payment have been successfully completed. However, access may be delayed due to system processing, review procedures, maintenance, outages, or other circumstances.

Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal: The subscription term is one month from the date and time the contract is entered into. Unless the user completes the prescribed cancellation procedure before the subscription term expires, the subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same length. The fee applicable to each renewed subscription period will be the price displayed at the time of renewal.

Cancellation Procedure: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the cancellation page within their Service accounts. After cancellation is completed, users may continue to use the applicable features until the end of the paid subscription period. No further automatic renewals or charges will occur after cancellation is completed. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate procedures.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds: As the Service is a digital service, returns are not available once provision of the Service has begun. No prorated adjustments, refunds, or reimbursements will be provided for cancellations for the user’s convenience, cancellation during a subscription period, non-use, or generated results that differ from the user’s expectations. Exceptions apply where a refund is required by law, where the Company is unable to provide the Service for reasons attributable to the Company, or where the Company otherwise approves a refund.

Failed Generation Processes: As a general rule, coins will not be consumed if a generation process does not complete successfully. If coins are confirmed to have been deducted by the system, the Company will investigate and take any necessary action in accordance with its prescribed procedures.

Coins Included in Monthly Plans: Coins granted under a monthly plan are valid only during the applicable subscription period. Unused coins expire at the end of that period and cannot be carried over to the next subscription period.

Account Deletion: Once an account is deleted, the user will no longer be able to use the Service or any unused coins, including purchased additional coins that have not yet expired. Users may request account restoration through the Company’s prescribed procedure within seven days after submitting an account deletion request. After this restoration period expires, the account and associated data will be deleted progressively and, as a general rule, cannot be restored.

System Requirements: Information on supported devices, operating systems, browsers, network connections, and other system requirements necessary to use the Service is provided within the Service or on its help pages.

Important Notes on Generated Content: The Company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated results, nor does it guarantee approval through the review processes of any media platforms. Before using generated content, users must verify its content, relevant rights, and compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms on which it will be used.
